This class-A Office building was in desperate need of spall repairs and a new coating all across its elevations. These repairs would not be without their challenges, as access was reliant on swing stages and the careful preparation of the cracks in need of repair. The cracks themselves also varied in width, length, and depth, meaning each had to be treated and repaired in its own way. Thankfully, the client was accommodating and the work was able to restore the strength and beauty of this building.
